Mandu(Korean Dumplings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. frozen spinach, chopped
    3/4 pkg. tofu, cut into pieces
    1 lb. fresh shrimp, devein and cut
    1.5 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. dried onion soup
    wonton wrappers
    garlic powder, pepper and salt
Preparation
    Squeeze water out of spinach.
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Lay out the wonton wrappers on a tray.
    Take a small bowl of water. Put a spoonful of spinach mixture at the center of each wrapper. Dip finger in water and pass through 2 edges of wrapper over spinach mixture to form a triangle.
    Pinch sides to make a triangle.
    Steam for 8 to 10 minutes on a pan sprayed with nonstick cooking oil over a pot of boiling water.
    Cover.
    You can use a double boiler also.
