Creme Brulee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 c. whipping cream
    1/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until very thick.
    Gradually add 1/3 cup sugar. Scald whipping cream in top of double boiler over direct heat. Pour scalded cream gradually into egg mixture.
    Return to double boiler and cook over hot water, stirring frequently until thickened, 5 minutes.
    Pour into heatproof dish.
    Cool.
    Sprinkle top with brown sugar.
    Place under broiler until sugar melts and forms a glaze.
    Chill.
    Serve with fresh berries.
