Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
7 c. flour
2 eggs
2/3 c. shortening
Preparation

Soften yeast in warm water.
Combine milk, sugar, shortening and salt.
Bring to a full boil.
Cool to a lukewarm.
Add 3 cups flour.
Beat well.
Beat in yeast and eggs.
Gradually add remaining flour to form soft dough.
Place in greased bowl, turning once to grease surface.
Cover and let stand until double (1 1/2 to 2 hours).
Turn out on lightly floured surface and cut to desired shape.
Cover and let rise.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
