Deer Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    deer meat
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat into thin slices.
    Combine ingredients.
    Soak meat in the sauce for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Put in oven at 150\u00b0 for 12 hours.
    Turn every 6 hours.
