Strawberry Seafoam Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. hot water
3 oz. cream cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced frozen strawberries
1/2 c. whipped topping
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Put cream cheese in hot gelatin.
Break cream cheese up.
Let stand for a few minutes. Beat with wire whip until cream cheese dissolves.
Add frozen strawberries (juice and all).
Stir until well mixed in gelatin. Add whipped topping.
Beat with wire whip until thoroughly mixed and thickened.
Pour into pan.
Chill until firm.
Serves 10.
