Green Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice, uncooked
2 c. cold water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cook rice with water and salt.
Add other ingredients with cheese and butter on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
