End Of The Garden - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. peeled, diced potatoes
    2 c. diced squash (yellow)
    2 c. cut okra
    2 c. diced green tomatoes
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cornmeal
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Be sure meal covers all ingredients well. Place ingredients in large 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake in oven until veggies are brown and tender. Bake at 350\u00b0.
