Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    oil
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs in a bowl.
    Heat 1-inch of oil in skillet or saucepan over medium-high heat.
    Pour batter into funnel, holding finger over end.
    Drizzle in spiral shape into oil.
    Cook until brown on both sides.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Coat with confectioners sugar.
