Jelly Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 small jar jelly
powdered sugar
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside.
Beat yolks well; add the sugar and mix well.
Add the beaten whites until thoroughly mixed.
Fold in lightly sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
Pour into a waxed paper lined 14 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with sides).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
