Coffee Flavored Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. instant coffee powder
1/3 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt

Preparation

Cream the margarine and sugar until well mixed. Add the egg and stir.
Mix the coffee powder with the milk until powder dissolved and add to the mixture.
Mix together flour, baking powder and salt and add to mixture and stir until smooth.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Flatten onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake about 12 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Makes 15-20 cookies.
