Fruit Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/2 box chopped dates
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese with other ingredients; mixture will be soupy.
    Line container with Saran Wrap.
    Put mixture in and freeze.
    When ready to serve, thaw a little and roll in chopped nuts.
