California Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 grapefruit
    2 or 3 oranges
    1 lemon
    water
    sugar
    1 bottle or 2 packs Certo
Preparation
    Slice rind off fruit thinly, avoiding white pulp.
    Pull remaining pulp from around fruit. Slice rind peelings into thin slivers. Chop fruit, discarding seeds. For each cup of mixed fruit, add 3 cups of water.
    Let stand overnight.
    Place fruit and water in stainless or enamel pan and boil 10 minutes.
    Let stand overnight.
    Next day, add 1 cup sugar for each cup of fruit.
    Boil 45 minutes. Stir in one bottle of Certo (or 2 packs Certo). Remove from heat. Stir and skim for 5 minutes. Bottle and seal with wax.
