Shredded Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. raw shredded carrots, peeled
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. raisins, soaked in water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and chill before serving.
    If on diet, leave out mayonnaise and sugar.
    Serves 6 to 8.
