Pork Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rice, cooked
    4 pork steaks
    1 bottle (10 oz.) low salt soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
    1 can water chestnuts
    1/2 bag frozen peas
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package.
    In large skillet, put pork steak, thinly sliced with fat removed.
    Add crushed garlic and cook until done.
    Pour bottle of soy sauce over pork slices and simmer. Cook frozen peas according to package.
    Combine rice, pork steak mix, peas and water chestnuts, sliced and drained.
    In skillet or large pot, cook on low heat until mixture is hot.
    May substitute any ingredients or add anything, like corn or other vegetables. Easily reheated.
