Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix with pudding
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour into greased and floured pan.
Spoon cheese mixture over cake mix.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Powdered sugar can be sprinkled over cake when done.
