Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients together.
    Pour into two well-greased pie pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 and bake until golden brown. Makes own crust.
