White Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
12 oz. vanilla flavored candy coatings, melted
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth.
Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating well.
Stir in candy coating and pecans.
Spread into a buttered 8-inch square pan; refrigerate until firm.
Cut into small squares.
Yields 2 pounds.
