Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. each of carrots, cauliflower and broccoli
    1 stick oleo
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook carrots, cauliflower and broccoli.
    Place in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cube 1/2 pound of Velveeta cheese and mix with vegetables.
    Slice remaining cheese and place on top.
    Place Ritz crackers, rolled and crumbled on top.
    Melt oleo and drizzle over. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
