Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Beat in sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until lemon colored.
    Stir in zucchini and flour with cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
    Add nuts; pour into greased and floured pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven in 9 x 5-inch loaf pans for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    2 loaves.
