Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. pot roast or chuck roast
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    4 potatoes, sliced
    4 carrots, quartered, or baby carrots (however many you want)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In baking bag, add meat, carrots, potatoes and onions. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top and close bag. Cook in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
