Overnight Crock-Pot Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. peeled and sliced apples
    4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot; cook on high until bubbly (2 to 3 hours).
    Set on low to cook overnight.
    In morning, beat with mixer and pour into 5 jelly jars.
    After tightening lids, flip jars and let cool.
