Ok'S Hot Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. pork, sliced thinly
2 green peppers, sliced
1 large onion or 1 bunch scallions
Accent seasoning
1 to 2 Tbsp. ground red pepper
1 to 2 Tbsp. red pepper powder
1/4 c. soy sauce
4 heaping tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Marinate meat, peppers and onion in the spice and soy mixture for at least 1 hour.
Can be cooked on grill or fried in pan.
Fry only until meat is cooked, being careful not to dry the meat out. (This dish is best when Oriental spices are used.)
