Irish Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, cooked and skinned
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. chives
    garlic
    salt and pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Mash potatoes with a fork.
    In a large bowl, mix potatoes, sour cream, softened cream cheese, margarine, garlic, salt, pepper and chives.
    Put in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Uncover next day and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or longer.
    This makes a lot.
