Noe'S Sugar-Free Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shoyu (low salt okay)
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (2-inch) ginger root, peeled and crushed
    3/4 c. Equal (32 packets) sugar substitute
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    pinch of black pepper and red chili peppers
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Sauce enough to soak 5 pounds of short ribs or 5 pounds chicken thighs or 6 pounds teriyaki sliced beef or pork.
    Let soak overnight or up to 24 hours before cooking.
    More water may be added to taste for saltiness.
