Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 onion, diced
    1 large jar extra thick Ragu spaghetti sauce
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1 large can whole tomatoes, drained and crushed
    1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1 large bag Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil lasagna noodles in water according to directions on the box and drain.
    Cook ground beef, sausage and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until done and drain.
    In a large pan, combine Ragu spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, garlic powder, oregano, basil, whole tomatoes, ground beef and sausage.
    Heat over low heat.
