Pasta With Oil And Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. plain or spinach linguine
    boiling salted water
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 medium cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook pasta in large kettle in salted water 6 to 12 minutes until al dente.
    Drain well and keep warm.
    Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over low heat.
    Add garlic to skillet and cook gently until light gold, 2 to 3 minutes.
    Do not brown garlic.
    Remove pan from heat; stir in parsley, salt and pepper.
    Add hot pasta to skillet and toss to coat evenly.
    Serve immediately with Parmesan cheese.
    Makes 3 servings.
