Clam Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cans minced clams
2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1 qt. half and half
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Place onions, potatoes and celery in large pot.
Drain clams and pour clam juice over vegetables.
Add enough water to just barely cover vegetables.
Simmer 30 minutes.
