Banana Crunch Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 medium ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 c.)
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix first 6 ingredients.
    In large bowl with wire whisk or fork, mix banana, yogurt, egg and vanilla well. Stir in flour mixture just until moistened.
    Spoon batter into greased muffin pan cups.
    Bake muffins in preheated 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes until tops are golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Remove from pan to wire rack.
    Makes 12 muffins.
