Tuna Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (9 oz.) cans tuna in oil
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 or 3 small green onions, chopped
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Drain
    oil from 2 cans of tuna.
    Mix the third can with cream cheese, onions and pecans; mix real well.
    Shape into a roll. Place
    parsley
    on foil and roll the tuna roll in parsley.
    Wrap in
    same foil.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Serve with toasted wheat or sesame seed crackers.
