English Baked Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Short grain rice
    2 1/2 c. Milk
    2 Tbsp. Sugar
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    Grated nutmeg
Preparation
    Put the rice into a 2 pint heatproof baking dish and pour in the milk. Add the sugar and vanilla and stir. Sprinkle nutmeg on the top, bake for 2 hours at 325\u00b0f. 160\u00b0c. gas mark 2.
