Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 (5 1/3 oz.) cans Pet milk
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes and butter, mixing until blended. Combine sugar, flour and spices; add to mixture.
    Blend in eggs and milk.
    Pour into crusts.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Continue baking 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
