Jalapeno Pepper Cheese Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. grated Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, drained
2 eggs, beaten slightly
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Use an 8-inch square Pyrex or glass oblong dish.
Combine both cheeses.
Lay them in the bottom of the ungreased glass dish. Sprinkle chilies on top of cheese.
Combine next 3 ingredients together.
Pour this over the chilies and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips.
