Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. thinly sliced scallion greens
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a serving bowl toss mushrooms with lemon juice until slices are lightly moistened.
    Then add the scallion greens, oil and salt.
    Toss again.
    Chill salad before serving.
    Serves 4.
