Frozen Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 peppers, chopped fine
    7 stalks celery, chopped fine
    2 tsp. salt
    1 average head cabbage, grated fine
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Set cabbage aside for 2 hours.
    Squeeze real dry.
    Mix together cabbage, peppers, celery and salt.
    In saucepan, mix sugar, vinegar, water, mustard seed and celery seed.
    Boil 5 minutes. Pour over cabbage mixture and freeze.
