Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can pineapple chunks
    1 small jar maraschino cherries
    1 small can pears
    1 small can mandarin oranges
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
    2 bananas (add just before serving)
Preparation
    Drain fruit.
    Save pineapple and cherry juice and add enough pear juice to make 1 cup.
    Cook juice with pudding (omit milk). Cool mixture and add to fruit.
    (Add bananas just before serving.)
