Cheesy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    3 celery stalks
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 c. instant potato flakes
    3 carrots
    1 medium onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
Preparation
    Put cut-up vegetables in large pot.
    Add 3 quarts water and seasonings; cook for 45 minutes.
    Add instant potatoes and Velveeta cheese.
    Be sure and rinse your cut up vegetables several times before you add your 3 quarts water.
