Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green beans
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. sunflower seed
    1 large clove garlic
    4 tsp. tarragon vinegar
    shredded spinach leaves (optional)
    chopped scallions (garnish)
Preparation
    Steam the beans until just crisp-tender, about 3 or 4 minutes. While the beans steam, place the oil in a small skillet with sunflower seeds.
    Stir the seeds over medium heat until they are golden brown.
    Do not overcook.
    Remove from heat.
