Pineapple Orange Carrot Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jell-O
    1 can pineapple
    4 carrots
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O in hot water, add cold water and pineapple and grated carrots; mix and put in refrigerator until set.
    Unmold on a bed of lettuce or serve from bowl.
    Good with all kinds of meals and easy to make at camp.
