Meat Loaf With Creole Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of black pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the meat loaf.
    Mix and blend well to a smooth consistency.
    Place meat in a greased loaf pan.
    Smooth top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until meat loaf is done.
    In the meantime, prepare sauce.
