Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Add 1 cup chopped pecans and mix.
Refrigerate until firm and shape into ball.
Roll in remaining pecans before serving.
Garnish as desired.
Serve with crackers.
