Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. dry milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    4 1/2 to 5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Stir together water, dry milk, sugar, salt and yeast.
    Let stand to dissolve, about 1 minute.
    Add cheese and 1 cup flour. Beat until blended.
    Add 2 cups flour and blend.
    Add 1 cup flour and blend.
    Knead 1 to 2 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Knead until smooth; add flour as necessary.
    Place in bowl and cover. Let stand.
    Punch down after bread doubles in size.
    Knead and form into loaves.
    Put into loaf pans and cover; let rise.
    Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
