Yam Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans yams, drained and mashed
2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 oz. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Preparation

Combine yams, 1 stick butter, sugar, milk and eggs.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven.
