Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. lard
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
5 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation

Cream lard, butter and sugars.
Add eggs.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Shape into about 5 long rolls.
Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
Slice with sharp knife. Bake on lightly greased baking sheets at 350\u00b0.
