Hot Whiskey Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg substitute
3 Tbsp. bourbon
Preparation

Bring milk to a boil.
Stir cornstarch into sugar; whisk with egg substitute and bourbon in a small bowl until smooth.
Blend into hot milk and simmer, but do not boil, for 5 minutes.
