Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    2 c. American cheese
    2 eggs
    13 oz. evaporated milk
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    2 lb. yellow squash
Preparation
    Cook squash; drain.
    Combine next 5 ingredients and mix with squash.
    Pour into greased casserole (large) and top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
