Olive Nut Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chopped salad olives
Preparation
    Mash 6 ounce of softened cream cheese (room temperature) with a fork, then add 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
    Blend well.
    Stir in 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup chopped salad olives.
    Now add 2 tablespoons olive juice and a dash of pepper, but no salt.
    Stir well.
    This mixture will be slightly mushy, but it's supposed to be that way.
    Put it in a covered container and refrigerate for several hours and it will become firm.
    This delicious spread is great on thin toast.
    Makes good finger sandwiches.
