Virginia Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. milk
    2 c. apples, peeled and cooked
Preparation
    Mix and bake in same dish.
    Melt butter in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Combine next 6 ingredients to make batter; pour on margarine.
    Drain apples; pile in center of batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until batter covers fruit and crust browns for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
