Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 c. tomato juice
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated onion (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together well.
    Form into 2 loaves and place in greased casserole.
    Put strips of raw bacon on tops of loaves and pour 2 cups tomato juice over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours, uncovered.
