Hungarian Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken parts (2 whole breasts, cut, 6 drumsticks, 8 wings)
8 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon
8 Tbsp. paprika (Hungarian sweet)
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
32 oz. sour cream
spatzle (dumpling) or egg noodles (wide)
Preparation

Boil chicken parts
for 35 minutes.
In two frying pans, divided equally
add
vegetable
oil,
garlic (finely chopped), tomatoes (finely
chopped),
water,
chicken bouillon, salt and pepper.
Bring to
a boil.
Lower flame, strain chicken, add to pans equally and cover, simmer for 20 minutes.
Turn off flame, remove from heat.
Remove chicken from pans.
Add 16 ounce sour cream to each
pan
and
stir until well blended.
Serve cooked noodles or dumplings, topped with chicken and pour sauce generously over entire dish.
