Cream Cheese-Ginger Ale Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1 1/2 c. ginger ale
    1 can fruit cocktail, drained
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 can peaches, drained
Preparation
    Cream together the cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice. Soften gelatin in cold water. Add hot water to gelatin. Add gelatin mixture to creamed mixture. Add ginger ale. Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
    Fold in fruits.
    Pour into lightly greased mold (Pam or mayonnaise) and refrigerate until set.
